Our Kindergarten class is fostering a family in India through Save a Family Plan. This week we were sent their photo, so we hung it in our classroom by our class map and we also have it hung on our family tree bulletin board! See family tree here.
We talked about how privileged we are to live in such an amazing country. We will be praying for our foster family regularly. Today we prayed for their safety and asked God to watch over them and take care of them.
To sponsor a foster family as a class, it only costs us $1 per month for each child. It doesn't seem like much to us, but we are making a difference in their lives. We are helping to support this family both financially and through our prayers.
