This year I made some new hands to put up underneath our whiteboard so the Kinders can learn to associate left hand vs right hand. The Kinders love it! As you can see below, the Kinders will put their hand up to the photo frame to see which hand is which!
We use our "blue" hand (right hand) to make the sign of the cross. That's why our Right Hand frame has a little cross in the bottom right corner. So in case you hear your child say, "I have to use my blue hand (or cross hand)," that's why!
Try to practice making the sign of the cross at home with your child. Make sure they use their right hand!
